Associate Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Inclusive Learning and Teaching)
Royal Holloway, University of London

Dr Vicky Greenaway is the Associate Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Inclusive Learning and Teaching) at Royal Holloway, University of London and a Senior Lecturer in 19th Century Literature. She has extensive experience of leading education, having steered her academic School through a School restructure and the pivot to online learning during Covid. She has expertise on academic transition into university and belonging at the institutional level, and in her current role is leading on the work to address awarding gaps and embed an inclusive-by-design educational offer.

In this talk, Dr Greenaway will share the rationale for an institutional approach to inclusive education and will detail the sector research and best practice that points on how to get started. Topics covered will include: driving change through institutional accountability and risk; using data; students as partners; implementation.
